Pour this mixture into your dry ingredients and mix it all up until well combined. Then, take a heaped teaspoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball. Place it on your tray and flatten it slightly with a fork. Repeat until all your mixture is used up, leaving a bit of room between each biscuit. Pop those bad boys in the oven and bake for around 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown. Once they're done, let them cool on the trays for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. And there you have it, folks! The secret to the perfect Anzac cookies. Just make sure you don't eat them all at once, or you'll have to make another batch. And hey, if you wanna get creative with your decorating, go for it!
